Activity A: Welcome Rewards

Promotion Period: 2024-06-13 00:00 (UTC) to 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC)

New futures users who confirm their participation and trade futures for the first time during the tournament period, will be eligible to equally share the Welcome Rewards Prize Pool of up to 300,000 USDT in token vouchers.

Activity B: Referral All Stars

Promotion Period: 2024-06-13 00:00 (UTC) to 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC)

Win medals by referring new users to Binance Futures during the Promotion Period, as per the table below. In order to be eligible for the medal rewards, each qualified futures referral must register for the tournament and complete their first futures trade during the Promotion Period.

Activity C: Team Competition

Trading Competition Period: 2024-06-17 00:00 (UTC) to 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC)

Create a team as the Team Leader or join a team after registering for the tournament, and trade any COIN-M or USD?-M contracts on Binance Futures during the Trading Competition Period. All participating teams will be ranked based on the sum of Team Daily PnL during each round. The top 20 teams will win the corresponding medals and share a prize pool of up to 1,800,000 USDT .

Time allocated for each round:

• Week 1: 2024-06-17 00:00 to 2024-06-23 23:59 (UTC)

• Week 2: 2024-06-24 00:00 to 2024-06-30 23:59 (UTC)

• Week 3: 2024-07-01 00:00 to 2024-07-07 23:59 (UTC)

• Week 4: 2024-07-08 00:00 to 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC)

Rewards Distribution Within Each Team:

Please note:

• *Top 20 Profit Contributors are the top 20 team members ranked by the PnL within each week.

• **Remaining Eligible Team Members are team members, excluding the Team leader and Top 20 Profit Contributors, who achieve a total futures trading volume of at least 500 USDT during the Trading Competition Period.

• Users may create a team for this Team Competition by submitting a Team Leader application via the promotion page, starting from 2024-06-13 00:00 (UTC). Each application may take up to 48 hours to process, and Team Leaders can proceed to recruit team members once their application is approved.

• Team Daily PnL is calculated by adding the daily PnL of the team’s top 20 members who obtain the highest daily PnL on Binance Futures.

• If a team has less than 20 team members with a positive PnL during the competition period, the Team’s Weekly PnL will be calculated by summing up the PnL of the remaining team members whose PnL is greater than 0.

• If more than one team has the same sum of Team Daily PnL during the Trading Competition Period, the team with a higher total futures trading volume during the Trading Competition Period will receive a higher ranking.

• If more than one team member has the same PnL during the Trading Competition Period, the user with the higher total futures trading volume during the Trading Competition Period will be considered as a greater profit contributor.

Activity D: Solo Competition

Trading Competition Period: 2024-06-17 00:00 (UTC) to 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC)

During the Trading Competition Period, users who confirm their participation will automatically be ranked within each category for both Daily PnL and ROI performance. The top 20 participants in each category will receive medal rewards accordingly, as per the table below.

Eligible participants will be ranked in the following categories:

• PnL Competition: USD?-M, Coin-M, USDC-M, Layer 1 & Layer 2, MEME, AI, GameFi, DeFi, Lead Trader, Options, Newbie Battle*

• ROI Competition: USD?-M, Coin-M, USDC-M, Copy Trader, Futures Grid, Newbie Battle*

Please note:

• *Newbie Battle is a promotion under the Solo Competition, where new Binance Futures users who trade futures for the first time between 2024-06-13 00:00 (UTC) and 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC) will be ranked according to their Daily PnL or ROI performance.

• Medal reward distributions for each category are not mutually exclusive. Eligible participants can receive medals for both PnL and ROI competition if they are ranked top 20 in more than one category.

• All promotions are only available to users who are eligible for Binance Futures trading and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.

• Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance Futures trading services in each country/region from which the services are accessed.

• Binance reserves the right to change, modify or impose additional restrictions with respect to the access to and use of the Binance Futures trading services from time to time in its sole discretion at any time without notification.

• The Futures Grand Tournament is open to regular and VIP 1-6 users only. Eligible users must have their account verified? and register for the Tournament to qualify for any rewards. • Rewards are not mutually exclusive. Users may win multiple rewards as long as they meet the relevant terms and conditions.

• Medal Rankings

  • The Team Medal Rankings will rank teams each week based on the total number of medals earned by the top 20 team members, determining the team's share of the final prize pool at the end of the Futures Grand Tournament.

  • The Solo Medal Rankings will rank individual participants based on the number of medals they have earned from the Solo, Team, Newbie Battle and Referral All Stars, determining their share of the final prize pool at the end of the Futures Grand Tournament.

• USDT Token Voucher Rewards Distribution:

  • All USDT token voucher rewards for all activities will be distributed within 30 days after the Promotion Period ends on 2024-07-14 23:59 (UTC).

  • Users may log in and redeem their voucher rewards via Account Rewards Hub.

  • All voucher rewards will expire within 30 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a Binance voucher.

• Each day runs from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTC).

• Each week runs from Monday at 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday at 23:59 (UTC).

• Sub-accounts and portfolio margin accounts are not eligible to participate in the tournament.

• Sub-accounts will not be considered as individual participants. PnL and trading volume of sub-accounts will be combined with the master accounts’ standard PnL and trading volume in the final calculation.

• Trades on any USD?-M futures contracts, COIN-M futures contracts, and Options will count as eligible trades in the Futures Grand Tournament.

• The effective trading volume counts both buys and sells, excluding any wash trades.

• Leaderboard ranks and results will be updated at approximately 06:00 (UTC) daily. Updates may be earlier or delayed depending on the amount of data. Please base it on the actual update time of the day.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades, illegal bulk account registrations, self-dealing, or display signs of market manipulation, etc.

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending these activities, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
