• The aforementioned promotions are only available to users who are enabled to use Binance Options RFQ, and may not be available or may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, or to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements.

• All eligible users must complete identity verification and own a Binance Options account to complete trades on Binance Options RFQ and qualify for any rewards.

• Binance will use the corresponding trading pair prices on Binance Spot at the time that closely matches the timestamp when each Options RFQ trade is fulfilled to calculate users’ options notional trading volumes, at its own discretion.

• Trading volumes on Options RFQ will count toward the options trading volume requirements in the Binance Options VIP Program.

• Rewards from Promotion A and B are not mutually exclusive. Users may receive a maximum of one reward from each promotion.

• Rewards will be distributed within two weeks after the promotions end. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile Rewards Hub.

• The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.

• Sub-accounts will not be viewed as independent accounts when participating in the Promotion.

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk account registrations, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.

• Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending these promotions, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all participants of these promotions shall be bound by these amendments.

• Binance’s decisions with respect to all aspects of these promotions are final and non-appealable.

• Options RFQ is subject to the terms of the Binance OTC Terms and Binance Options Service Agreement.

• Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions apply to the aforementioned promotions.
